1. Agreement
By accessing trafficsalad.com or engaging TRAFFICSALAD services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or services.
2. Services
TRAFFICSALAD provides done-for-you paid acquisition systems, funnel builds, and related consulting services to businesses with high-ticket offers. Specific terms of service engagements are governed by the separate service agreement signed before work begins.
3. The strategy call
Booking a strategy call through this site does not create a client relationship or commitment. The call is a mutual assessment to determine fit. No fees are charged for the strategy call itself.
4. The audit
The $1,000 Profit Leak Audit is fully refundable within 7 days of purchase if you decide not to proceed. Refund requests must be submitted to trafficsalad@gmail.com within that window.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, and copy on this site are owned by TRAFFICSALAD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Assets built for you as part of a service engagement are yours upon full payment.
6. Results disclaimer
Results shown (client revenue, ROAS improvements, etc.) represent actual client outcomes. They are not guarantees. Results vary depending on offer strength, audience quality, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
TRAFFICSALAD's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or consequential losses.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
